Access and eligibility depends on local law. We operate under terms that acknowledge Indonesian regulation, and where local statutes impose conditions on account use or payment methods like DANA or OVO, those conditions take precedence over our general terms.

Log into your account, go to Settings, then Help Centre, and submit a Data Access Request form. We verify your identity within 2 working days and deliver your full data export within 7 working days of verification.

Deposits via GoPay fall under Section 5.1 of our payment policy, and QRIS transactions are governed by Section 4.4. Each section defines dispute windows, refund eligibility and the process for raising a transaction complaint with our support team.

You can submit a deletion request through the Help Centre. We will delete non-mandatory data within 14 days; transaction records required under applicable law are retained for the legally mandated period before deletion where local law permits.

We send an automated email to your registered address at least 14 days before any change takes effect. You can also view the full version history in the Legal Archive section linked at the bottom of every page on our site.
